Creative Vplus hangs while charging

My creative V plus was in charging.After a while because of ideal shutdown it started shutting down and after the software hung .I tried to reset the player but nothing seems to work out..suggest me a way to troubleshoot this problem

My zen v plus 've a soun lock & i forgot the password ...
so what can i do now for reset all thing?????

Zen V is dead
"If your Zen V is dead, wont respond to anything, try this, plug it in to the computer, hold the power switch in the on position, THEN trigger the reset button, worked like a charm for mine, I had thought it a lost cause."

i believe idle shutdown is the issue

My creative zen v plus is not detected by my pc when connected it
I had problem like that, i m afraid the only solution is to reload firmware - you can do it on your own (try to hold play button and turn it on, menu should appear, choose reload firmware, but you need your comp to detect player to do it i m afraid) anyway, i found pro to do it for little money :p if your zen is new creative service should do it for you for free

Error Message on Zen Creative VPlus Player...
keeps on saying it has no licenseto play. sync True True (``````````` (``````````` 0 95250 95250 license from pc

Go into your Control Panel and Add and Remove Programs. Make sure Show Updates is checked on top of the Window. Scroll down to the bottom and remove Hotfix for Windows Media Format 11 SDK (KB929399). Restart then resync your music to your player. Unfortunately, Windows continues to reinstall this "fix."
if that doesn't work try this
I reformatted the player, deleted and then re-downloaded the subscription tracks.
