I made a ps account but still wen i try to upload from the disc given its still giving me error (80023156)

To fix this problem, you will need to open your PS2 and re-adjust its lens. To open your PS2, first turn it upside down. Remove the 4 rubber feet and 6 square tabs (circled in the picture) by sliding a flat screwdriver (or something similar) underneath them.

After you open up your PS2 slimline. There is a silver track or bar that the laser moves up and down. I fixed our disc read error problem by lossening up both screws slightly. It took me a couple of adjustments before I completely solved the problem, but now it works like a charm. You can maually test it to see how smooth it runs down the track after your adjustment. ahh same happened to me. my ps2 was old (about 3 years) it worked fine untile i accidently dropped it on the floor. same happened on every game. but on movies, it only played the adverts and then stopped. So i went to a company and they fixed it.
