Sony Digital 128 MB MP3 Player

Ploblem is that I cannot turn this player on, by keeping on power-on button for more than 2 seconds. MP3 player is new one. If I connect player on USB bus, only flash memory working. I check battery in other devices. Battery is OK!PLEASE!!

Try to change the battery even if you checked it, that might be the problem

Hey,
Try these steps, if they aren't of any help, you may have to have the vendor replace your mp3 player.
SOLUTION 1 - Reset the device.
1. Press and hold the Power/Menu button for approximately 20 seconds.
2. Release the Power/Menu button.
3. Press the Power/Menu button again to turn on the player.

SOLUTION 2 - Power cycle the device.

STEP 1 - Remove the battery

STEP 2 - Power cycle the player
1. Connect the device to the PC.
2. Leave the device connected for about 2 minutes.

STEP 3 - Turn on the device
1. Disconnect the player from the PC.
2. Insert a fresh AAA battery into the player.
3. Turn on the player.
