I have a Toshiba 1360 copier. The above shown error light is on. I don't have the owner manual. The white plastic container was full of black ink powder. I emptied and clean the plastic container but the problem is not fixed and red error light still on. What else should I do?

I also have a Toshiba 1360 copier with same problem.

The jam/error symbol is flashing red which is indicating E5.

The jam/error symbol comes up when you press the copy button.

The optical unit goes through the normal cycle, but does not pickup

the paper and thats were the jam/error symbol comes on flashing.

I have not yet figure out the problem.

    Please notify if solution found.

    What light is on?

but if your waste container was full and you have emptied then also push in a few times the rubber cover above it to clear any blockage of old toner.

Wrench light on will not photo copy

You most likely have an internal error. Bad news is that your 1360 is a little beyond obsolete and chances are parts are unavailable. You may indeed be very much out of luck. Time for a new one, sorry to bear the bad news Margaret.
