I have an HP deskjet f300 series. I've been trying to print something, but when i click on the status of the printer, it says "1 document pending for owner". Then when I click "cancel all documents", it just says deleting under status. I can't print anything, and its getting to be really annoying.

Go to start then run then type in CMD then click ok.

1. In the black window type in NET STOP SPOOLER try to delete it again if its still there.
2. Restart the computer and you should be ok.

When you click 'print' on your computer, change the printer-settings to "double-sided" or "print on both sides", and then click OK. The printer will do the rest.

I have a HP printer on the front it sayd HP Deskjet F380 but on the back it had f300 all in one series with the model number beingQ8130A. i need a psu for this printer can u help?

HP Deskjet F380 falls under the F300 all in one series of HP Printers.
You need to contact your nearest HP dealer to buy a PSU for your printer. Or else contact HP Technical Support over phone for more info.

Connection problem with my pc and printer. F300 series

Disconnect and reconnect the USB Cable. and then try this:
Solution 1 On the Computer:
Click Start and then go to Printers and Faxes (XP), Printers(Vista), Devices and Printers(Win 7)
1. Right Click on your printer Icon 2. Click Open or See What's Printing 3. Click the option that says Printer on the upper left corner of the window that pops up. 4. Make sure the only thing that is checked under that menu is Set As Default Printer. 5. If Use Printer Offline or Pause Printing has a check mark. Uncheck it.
Try printing again. I hope this helped.

I have a deskjet F300 HP

Goto Start > Printers and Faxes.
See whether your printer is set as the default printer. (Default printer icon has a tick mark next to it).
Double-click the printer icon.
You will see a list of documents pending. Delete all the files. (Or select an item, and from document menu, click cancel. Do this for all the items).
Close this window.
Right-click the printer icon and see whether 'Pause printing' is ticked. If so, click it to remove the tick mark.
Restart the printer and the computer. (This is optional, but better to do it).
Now it will be OK.
Good luck!

HP Printer will not print!

Hi,

It is really my first time to encounter that particular message that the "directory needed is unavailable". Here are the things that i want you to check.

1. Make sure that you logon to your computer using the Administrator previlege. That way, it will allow you to install and uninstall programs or softwares without any warnings.
2. Try to open the controlpanel>>> go the Printers and faxes>>> then make sure that the HP Deskjet F300 series has a check mark and it says READY.
3. If it doesnt say ready, right click the printer icon and it will give you option "USE PRINTER ONLINE". click on that.
4. Now, try printing a document.

Note: if the issue still not resolve, please give me further informations about the operating system, when you tried to print does it stays on the printing queue?

Thank you so much
