The door handle can easily be replaced on MOST microwave ovens by removing the inner door panel that goes around the perimeter of the glass. The following link explains how to access and replace the door handle:
The average cost for a replacement handle (if required) usually runs about $20 - $40. Replacements may be purchased at the websites listed in the link I provided. Several of these sites also have helpful exploded view parts illustrations to assist you with parts identification and how disasemble/reassemble your appliance. NOTE: I would need a MODEL NUMBER in order to determine if your appliance repair parts list the door as an entire assembly, or if you can purchase the handle separately. You can also view the websites I have listed in the link provided.
The door handle is a simple repair that can be done with the door in place, or with the door removed. You do not have to uninstall the oven if this is an over the range model.
NOTE: If you wish to remove the door, all you need to do on most models is open the door all the way and lift straight up at the hinges. You may have to remove the grille cover located above the door on some models to accommodate being able to lift the door.

Hello, I looked around my shop and checked all of my used doors and have nothing. I know you already know this, but it may be time to replace the unit. Once you get the plastic starting to crack or break it just keeps going, and what NLA part will it be next? It is expensive and a real pain in the backside. but you would have better future part availability and full warranties on a new unit. I understand it is different and trying to get something to match the kitchen and all can be frustrating. But the cost of new units have come down considerably. Whereever you may get a new one they probably have their own installers too. .

took
a screw driver and pride off plastic on inside of door. be carfule not
to break it. only one of two screws that go into handle were visable.
had to drill a hole in metal braket to get at second screw. you can
just bend the metal braket back inorder to use drill. bend it back when
done. took off handle and replaced it. snapped plastic piece I took off
back in place and finished. ge told me i needed to replace whole
door. which they nolonger stock and I could not find a whole door for
my model on web. found handlw on this website and did it my self
