Have Bionair Tower Air purifier...red light which indicates unit needs new filters still on AFTER I installed new filters....is this a problem? How can I make this light go off?

Ok i'm not finding that model anywhere in my system. but one way you can try is look in your manual under troubleshooting. if you have gone through all of the troubleshooting. the best thing that i can suggest is call the manufacturer. if your still under warranty they should be able to replace the unit foryou.

Just need to know if the light staying on is a problem or exactly what I need to do to correct it.
