When the filter monitor light remains on, it is time to check/clean the IFD™ filters and reset the filter
monitor, if needed. With the unit powered on, insert the tip of a ball-point pen or paperclip next to the LED
filter check light and hold for approximately 5 seconds until the light turns off (Fig. 3). Depending upon
your individual usage (environment and hours used), you may need to check and clean the filters more or
less frequently. If the IFD™ filters are cleaned before the filter monitor light turns on, the filter monitor
should be reset at the same time.

what if you've pushed the reset button and unplugged it and pressed the reset button and taken it out and cleaned it again and pressed the reset button... you get the picture... and it still says that it needs to be cleaned???
This wasn't at all helpful. If I'd have been stupid and didn't press my reset button, maybe this would have helped!!!!!!!!!

Can somebody help fix the problem I'm having with my Honeywell air purifier....when I press power button it won't work all I see is red light any button I press red it wont do anything....pls!!!!.....

I have the same unit.
Have you cleaned out the removable filters?
also the red light at the bottom indicates the time to clean the filters.
to reset it, use a paper clip. The red light on the bottom right is the filter indicator light, what looks like it should be a light beside that filter light, is actually a reset button, just poke it with a paper clip for a few seconds to reset. The bottom red light goes out
