I've replaced the filters - reset several times (by holding down the power button). the red light (indicating dirty filters) always comes back on. please advise. thank you.
I do apologize for the inconvenience, the best way that i can tell you to fix the light is that there is a tiny pin hole on top of the unit. that's a reset button. you need a small needle or something that will fit in there. hold it down for about 3 seconds. your unit should reset. the light sometimes comes on with new filters cause it hasn't recognized that they are new yet. if that reset doens't work please let me know

I had the same problem, but THANK YOU mmcqueen, it was solved when I did reset it. Didn't know anything about that before I read your posting. Thanks again :-)
