Will not start

I would start with checking the control board first. More than likely is the board.

Did you wire it direct or with a pig tail? Check all the connections and make sure. You should use a meter to check for voltages.

You may have power, however if a circuit board fails, all the power in the world won't start the washer. You need a technician to test the circuit for internal damage.

Have you tried to run it for a cycle? What exactly does not come on? Is the lid totally closed?

a small run of these actually had an out of balance switch and fuse assembly that cut power to the machine if it went way out of balance ,check and see if yours has one and replace the fuse at first but you may have to replace the entire assembly
