more info would be beneficial in diagnosing exactly whats wrong.. but try to rule out a few obvious things first. try disconnecting and reconnecting the keyboard and make sure it is properly seated in the usb/ps2 port. download spybot S&D and scan your computer to remove any keyloggers/trojans/malware that may be hogging your cpu and thus bogging down the Input from your keyboard.

So..You have to push "turbo" button in addition to shortcuts ones....I had the same problem and I have tried...and it works !
Then I wrote to Samsung and they asnwered me that's the right solution, and please me to  tell it to other persones..
It's Colombo's egg, I suppose...:-)

Try to reinstal the drivers for your keyboard, i think that will solve your problem.

The buttons may be loose or a small chip is probably broken. For this, you may need to replace the item instead of fixing it.

to find the driver of pleomax Pkb-8000w
1) just click on update driver the windows will automatically updated the driver for it
2) if not than u should had ur driver with u when u had purchased the keyboard
3)u dont have than simple way go to the website of it & install the driver
4)after installing keys r not working than inside there is dust in ur keyboard due to which some keys r not working
