While prntr was in progress, accidently turned prntr off. turned it back on and now show a e2 code misfeed. have gone thru the 3 e2 clear paths options listed in manual but still have a problem.
It is entirely possible you have a small piece of paper that got ripped off somehow and it is now blocking the sensor leading the machine to think it has a paper jam.
Follow your jam clearance instructions again and pay close attention and rotate all movable parts in the jam area many times, then reboot the machine multiple times and allow the machine to completely come up before rebooting again, it may be necessary to reboot the machine 3 or 4 times to clear this error, each time following the jam clearance, if this doesn't resolve then you should have an expert take a look at the machine.
Did you try to make a copy/print/ by using the bypass feeder. What is going on?
If there is no problem with bypass you have to clear feeder rollers (or change it).
