Wiring problem im trying to hookup my computer to my tv as a monitor any suggestions im tring to figure out what wiris from the monitor plug i can use to hookup to a rca jack for video

You have the standard data cable that attaches to the back of the computer (it's built in to the monitor), then you have your power cord. It is removable.

The white and red wires are for sound only, you will need to connect a video source, usually a yellow wire.

What is your video source? dvd, computer, vcr, cable

ur VGA card must have video out jack of any type latest cards have HDMI that would work with any new LCD TV

It seems to be the cables or hookup are not connected properly. Also change the TV mode to AV mode & follow the instructions carefully.

Once you have followed the instructions on the link given above. I am hopeful that, you will be able to see the picture. If no joy, make sure to check it with your neighborhood's TV to ensure that it's a problem with the hookup wire not with the TV.

Can you please put forth the problem in minimal words?

Depending on the Router you have, you should be able to go to the config page from your computer.  You have to have it wired to your computer, not wireless, to make the changes.  In the config tab you should see wireless security.  Type the passphrase and save it.  All wireless devices must also use this passphrase to connect.

I would first recommend reseting the bios, if the monitor still is black then it may be a problem with the graphics card

Actually if you do have a ps2 you don`t really need a Dvd upconverter because Ps3 is a full Dvd player +blu Ray Hi Definition.I suggest to take the dvd out and just use the ps3 as a Dvd player

Same problem!!! Inspiron E1505 connected to a year old LG 47" 1080p lcd. My rgb used to work fine, plug and play with my pc. No luck with my laptop though. I've tried setting up duel monitors, updating all(atleast I think all) of my drivers, and rechecking all connections!! Please Help.
