You can find the product manuals on Konica Minolta's website at http://kmbs.konicaminolta.us/content/support/supporthome.html. Search for Office Systems, then the DI351. There is a user manual at the bottom of the list, and a network operators manual at the top. They will contain the information you'll need to set it up.
Frequently, it's as simple as configuring the printer by using the control panel on the printer. There is an admin section, and you can define which system to send the scans to, or which email address to email them to. To setup emailing, you'll need to setup an email address with your domain name, and setup the smpt server settings for this. For info on that, contact your ISP.

How can i configure scan to email on MPC4502 on cloud.without SMTP

You could set up the scan and send features according to what storage function you have available. It does not have to be only smtp email. See the scan setup procedures in the online user guide and select which option would suit your setup. Scan to folder is one option. You need to provide the URL or similar link in the settings.

How do I use my Scan feature and send the image by e-mail?

If your drivers are instaled correctly, the BROTHER Control Center working fine, and you have setup a mail account in say OUTLOOK or another e-mail software, you can scan to e-mail.
Put the document on the flatbed or the ADF, open the Control Center. Select the Scan function, and the Scan to email option.
The document will be scanned, the e-nail software will open, inviting you to enter the email address. that is all it takes.

How do i scan a picture to e-mail with HP 1350 all one

"Scan to email" feature is dependent upon the TWAIN and MAPI supported applications. TWAIN and MAPI (Message Application Programming Interface) are standards that relate to "Scanning" and "Scan to email" features respectively. Applications have to support these to make use of HP Director. Not all email accounts are MAPI supported applications. The following are the ones which satisfy the MAPI criteria.

Microsoft Outlook Express 6

Microsoft Outlook Express 5

Microsoft Outlook Express 4

Microsoft Outlook 2000

Microsoft Outlook 98

Microsoft Outlook 97

AOL E-mail Version 8

AOL E-mail Version 5

AOL E-mail Version 4

If you are not using any of the above email accounts, you need to configure your email account with Microsoft Outlook/Outlook Express to use this feature. After configuring, you can use the scan to Email feature by perfroming the following steps.

1. Open HP Director/ HP Solution Center.

2. Click Settings -->> Scan Settings & Preferences --->> Scan to... Setup.

3. Select the available destinations and add them to the front panel destinations.

4. While scanning, you will receive a window showing the scan details which contains the section "Where do you want to scan?". Select "Email".

Walk through of how to set up 'scan to email' on RicohC3000

This is WAY more than a few lines to explain if you aren't familier with the setup. An IT person will likely be required if you can't figure it out via the "web image monitor" settings on your own...go to the IP address of the printer via a web page, Login (username: "admin" / Password: blank). make all the proper settings in tcp/ip, Email, etc., and it should work.
