Hello,

I believe the thermal fuse is blown. That by far is the leading cause of a dryer not running, this tip i wrote will show ya how to check the thermal fuse.
http://www.fixya.com/support/r10356359-whirlpool_brand_dryer_not_start
only difference from what i wrote in that tip is that the apperence of the thermal fuse on your brand is slighly different and may look like this on in this picture below as opposed to the one shown in the tip.

Our Titan N-120 stopped heating suddenly so they suggested we change the elements. My husband bought 2 elements but apparently he didn't realize 1 is 5000W and the other 5500W. Now could this stil

the bigger wattage elements will heat quicker and consume more power
If they fit , they will work but you may have to check the amperage capacity of the circuit breaker
I imagine you are meant to replace the existing elements which woukd have been half what was purchased

Maytag microwave suddenly stopped working, overheated, nothing was cooking.

It is more than likely the magnetron is fried, to replace fuse! unplug microwave oven, remove top, "several screws" look to the right to the keypad control board, look down to a printed circuit board, clipped fuse should be near by, pop it out and replace with same current rating, assemble before testing, "lethal voltages present"

Roper mhe14xm stopped heating. blew a breaker, the microwave comes on, but does not heat. It has a

If this was preceded by failure of the cooktop lights, then you probably need circuit board repair.

Check and see if the cooktop lights and vent fan both work. If not, that's a clue.

Always unplug an oven before removing or inserting bulbls, or there can be a filament short which sends a surge through the controller.

But the first thing I would suggest is a hard reset.

Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.

If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes.

If it still fails and comes up with a "d" error, then you might check the door switches. Help file here.

Once all that is checked, and ruled out, repair or replacement of the circuit board is probably indicated.

The ice maker on my Amana stopped working suddenly. The arm is in the down position. Why isn't it producing ice?

Check the plug in the back of the freezer to be sure it hasn't become dislodged by something. Let me know how this is, I may have another answer if that doesn't work, aside from replacing what only all the sudden stopped working. You will usually have some notice, i.e. smaller cubes, etc if it's about to fail

In those years of chevy trucks they have circuit board in the tail light assembly. You will need to replace the circuit board ( the thing the bulbs push into) you can perchase one at your local auto parts store.

Hi I own the Horizon T605 Treadmill - The treadmill was working fine until we had a power surge and the treadmill stopped working after. My husband believes that it is a fuse. Do you think it could be...

The unit has a circuit breaker near the on/off switch on the front of the machine. The power surge may have tripped this circuit breaker and it needs to be reset.

If this doesn't solve the problem, Horizon's customer service number is 1.888.993.3199.

Hope this helps.

The circuit board is showing a F10 on it.

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. F10 error in your Kenmore means temperature runaway. This issue is caused due to failed oven temperature sensor and/or the control board that has gone bad. To check what has gone bad you’ll need to take off the rear panel off the oven and test the sensor which is located behind this panel. If the reading is more then 1100ohms then it should be replaced, if the sensor tests fine then it is the control board that has gone bad and should be replaced. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thanks
Rylee
