Change your wep key quickly. You NEVER post the key for anyone to read here. Are you connecting your laptop wirelesly? I'd use MAC address filtering if you do. That way only your laptop or any device you enter the mac address in the list will be able to connect to your router.
Start by opening a command window on your computer.
Click the Start Menu and Click Run and type CMD and press enter.
You should now have a Black Window open and a prompt.
Type ipconfig and press enter
This will now put up some sets of text.
The item named Default Gateway is a series of numbers such as 192.168.1.1
In your browser address bar type \\<Number in the Default Gateway line>
This now opens up the login screen for your router.
Type in your login and password for the router

OPPF is a protocol that works between two routers to choose the best (fastest) route.
The Unisys needs to be able to pick up two routers on the same IP configuration, both giving it data that might come from the same source.

There is a factory reset button on the side or base of the router that you need to press to try and unlock. It would have helped if you had provided the full model number of the netgear router.
