Hello

it could be because the card is not formatted or the card might be too big for the camera - it doesn't understand such a huge card.

try formatting the card, wrote instructions for another camera on this page, yours will most likely be different from mine: http://www.fixya.com/support/r3671823-solve_memory_card_error_card_error

Will not format

1. First, make sure that the ProDuo is not locked. Check if there's a toggle switch on the side/edge that may possibly locked the card.

2. Make sure that there's no password set to the card. If you're using the card into a phone or digital camera, there's an option for you to set a password or pin code in it. Be sure that the memory card is free from any of those.

3. If it's not formatting using your camera or cellphone, try to use a card reader and insert it to a computer. Once the card is detected, try to reformat the card using the computer. You may reformat it with either FAT32 or NTFS file system.

If same problem occur after using the computer, then you may need to buy a new card.

Good luck and have a great day!

It doesn't read when i plugged in any computer

You need to try different steps to isolate the problem.

1. Make sure that the card is properly inserted to the card reader.

2. Try connecting the card reader into different USB ports of the computer.

3. Try connecting it into different computer. If you get the same problem.

4. Try another card reader.

5. Make sure that there's no password set to your memory card. Because if there's a password set to it, there's no computer that could detect and read it.

Good luck and have a good evening!

When i put card in camera it keeps saying reinsert

You didn't say what camera you are using, check the specs for the camera and see if it can use a 2GB card. If the camera is not able to use that size card it will not "see" it.

Have you tried putting the card in a reader and formatting it on your computer?

If it the computer can't see it, the card may be bad.

You might be able to still use it in the drive anyway, Just gently put it in and see if it pops up. But dont force it or you will break or damage something. What the solution for this is to go to Walmart and buy an adapter that will allow you to connect it. It will be located in the camera supply section right by the photo department usually. Also Best Buy can definitely help you out with the right adapter. Just bring your laptop with you when you shop for it so you can show them you need.

Insert memory stick problem

Files on a flash drive can be corrupted if it is not removed from the USB port properly.
Before removing the flash drive click on the Safely Remove Hardware icon and then click on the flash drive you want to remove and then remove the flash drive when the computer message says it is Safe to remove.
To restore the flash drive you may need to format the flash drive, but you will lose the data stored on the flash drive.
If you need the data on the flash drive these WEB sites may help: -
