Shop vacs are multiple purpose with dry/wet intake. So typically you don't need a bag. You just open the tank and empty it like a big trash can. They will have a large filter In the tank that needs to be cleaned/replaced.
The hole behind the saw blade can become blocked solid with sawdust ( especially if the timber is green or wet). clean out the vacuum hose back to the collector.
