Hello,
the problem is from the MP3 player.
There is a fault on the program of the Mp3.
If there is any repair store in your location, maybe you should take it there so that the programs on it can be reinstalled.
Or betters till, maybe you should just get another MP3 player.
Best wishes.
How many songs can I expect to load on the 2gb Insignia
It should be able to collect about 666 songs if the song's size is 3mb.
To calculate it your self; 2gb is the same as 2000mb. So divide 2000 by 4 or 3 depending on the size of the song and this would give you the exact amount.
Take for example, if the songs are 4MB, then you would divide 2000MB(2GB) by 4 which will give you 500. That's it would take 500 songs if the songs are 4MB each.
Take care.
I have a Insignia CE1177 that is frozen.
there's a little rubber cover on the back just above the word insignia. use something sharp to pry it off. remove the small phillips head screw. grab the tabs on the sides and pull the back off. the two wires of the battery are connected to a small plug. unplug the battery and then plug back in. this cuts the power and acts as a reset. should solve the freeze problem
Stupid problem
the back cover slids off and the battery pops out
(on the NS-DV4G)
the BIG lithium ion battery is the only user servicible battery
the little watch battery is not
My 4GB version is freezing my computer screen when hooked up
