I have a Xerox Phaser

This error indicates in issue with the ink or ink loader. Open the top cover and inspect that the ink inside is not broken, also make sure you are using genuine xerox ink sticks. If this is true you can clear the error
On the Control Panel, press the Down Arrow button to select Troubleshooting, press OK. Now press the Down Arrow button to select Service Tools, press OK. While pressing and holding down the Up Arrow button, press the Down Arrow button to display the Hidden Service Menu. Enter Diagnostics, Go to Function Menu and Clear ISC Fault.
If the error re-occurs after doing all this you should replace the ink loader (part# 133K27771). Here is a video that shows you how to do that. Good luck, and thanks for using Fixya!

Xerox phaser 6200DP says its

You may need to go into the printer configurations menu and reset the toner levels. I have seen this option on my 8550 when I had to replace the toners.

Give that a try to see if it'll work.

Have a Xerox Phaser 8560

Sounds like a Postscript error. Try resetting the NVRAM. 'Troubleshooting', Service Tools', 'Reset NVRAM'. If that doesn't work, go into diagnostics and clear the PS NVRAM. 'Troubleshooting', 'Service Tools', press and hold 'Up Button' then press 'Down Button'. This takes you into a hidden service menu. From there scroll down to 'Enter Service Diagnostics' and press OK. Printer will turn off and reboot into diagnostics. Scroll down to 'Function' menu and press OK. Now scroll down to 'Clear PS NVRAM' and press OK. Press 'Back' button to return to first menu, scroll up to select 'Return To Customer Mode' and press OK. Don't forget you will lose all printer settings including your IP address. As you cannot print out a configuration page, this will be like setting the printer up from new as you will have no reference to your earlier settings.
Hope this helps.

If after following mariolands advice the problem continues, you will need to replace the ink loader, for the 8560 ,the part number is 133K27771. Here is a video that will show you how. The video also covers the 8400, 8500, and 8550. Though the part numbers are different the procedure is the same. ">

Error code 09,038.46:42291

As "mariolands" said, only use xerox brand ink, and make sure the ink stick is not broken. If after this, the problem continues you may need to replace the ink loader and clear the ISC Faults. For the 8560 the part number is 133K27771. Here is a video to show you how. The video will also show other similar errors and part numbers for similar machines. Hope this helps!
Just a warning for people buying aftermarket ink sticks. These really do harm the machine and void your warranty.

Xerox phaser 8560 color printer has Error:

Errors beginning with 7,007 usually indicate the process motor. According to the service manual you should first inspect the drive gears for ink spills and inspect the wiring to the printhead. If you don't notice anything replace the process motor and gearbox (part# - 005K12670). You can order one here. After installation you need to home the process gears. Here is a video we made to show you how. If you need help installing the process motor I should have a video of that up later this month. Or give us a call for free technical support 1-800-367-4836.

I am not able to

This sort of problem can be the result of having too many printers installed on one machine. Although you can see the networked printer, the computer actually thinks it cant hence it sees no problem.Try removing the other printers. did you install from the original cd? If you uninstall it (That means dont just right click in printers and hit delete) but uninstall through programs, xerox if there is one. Download the latest Win7 driver from xerox and install again. finally if the problem is still there then compare your win7 installation with one of the others. If all fails then the only way you are going to get it to work is reinstall windows.

09,037.45:2037 wat is this ?

Are you using the correct model ink, the error is pointing to your ink loader.
Make sure its using 8560 ink, using 8400 ink will cause this message. If you are using the correct ink then you have an issue with your ink loader, you can try taking the loader out and cleaning.

Hope this helps

It displays 'warming up' continuously

Depending on how cold theprinter is, it can take several minutes for the printer to reach the proper setpoints. If the printer has stopped responding completely, open the Front Coveror a paper tray. The Display Screen should change from 'Warming Up' to 'CloseFront Cover to continue.' This will help verify whether the printer hascompletely stopped responding, or if it is simply in the middle of a processthat is taking a long time (warming up between thermal states and processing orcanceling large jobs can take several minutes).Test Internal Pages and Communication Cables to Determine theSource for the Printer Not Responding
  1. Power OFF the printer using the power switch located under the interface cover on the right side of the printer.
  2. Disconnect all communication cables to the printer.
  3. Power ON the printer. If the Control Panel continues to display 'Warming Up' or does not return to a 'Ready to Print' state after several minutes, contact support to place a service call. If the printer warms up and displays 'Ready to Print', continue with step 4.
  4. Print a Configuration Page. If the Configuration Page prints correctly, continue with step 5. If the Configuration Page does not print and the printer does not respond, contact support to place a service call.
  5. Re-connect the communication cables back in the printer. If the printer stops responding while connected to the network, there may be corrupt network information getting to the printer. Contact your System Administrator or contact support for assistance. If the printer is responding normally when connected to the network, continue with step 6.
  6. Send a test print from the workstation.
    1. Click on the [Start] button, then select [Setting], and then click on [Printers] or [Printers and Faxes]. The Printers or Printers and Faxes window will be displayed.
    2. Right-click on the required printer, and then select [Properties]. The Properties window will be displayed.
    3. Click on the [General] tab.
    4. Click on the [Print Test Page]. A test page will print.
  7. If the printer only stops responding after a file is sent, the file or print driver may be corrupted. Try to isolate the file and / or re-install the print driver.
Make Sure the Power Cable is Plugged Into a Good Power Source
Avoid usingmultiple outlet power strips as the printer requires a significant amount ofpower for initial warm-up. If there are other devices plugged into the samecircuit, there may not be enough power available. Plugging the printer directlyinto the wall is generally the most reliable source of power.Print the Configuration Page
NOTE: The ConfigurationPage can be printed to help solve printing problems and obtain the best resultsfrom the printer. Access this page from the printer's Control Panel.
  1. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button on the Control Panel to select [Printer Setup] on the Display Screen, and then press the [OK] button.
  2. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button to select [Configuration Page], and then press the [OK] button to print.
  3. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button to select [Exit], and then press the [OK] button to return to the Main Menu.
