look for manufacturer of reader and notify or online search for information

The problem is located in the scanning section . Maybe the image reader is damaged

. you need to clear that error from service mode first. with the copier turned on do the next secuence press aditional function press 2 press 8 press aditional function when #sssw appear on the screen search with arrows in the touch panel until CLEAR appear on the screen press ok once and search with arrows until ENGINE appear on the screen press ok once ERRCLR appears on screen . press ok one more time turn off the machine from main switch for a few seconds turn on again and make copy test . if problem persist replace the fixing heater. please rate this answer if it was useful to you

The ink absorber is a set of cotton and paper fibre pads in the very bottom of the machine. You would need to disassemble the machine to get them out and clean or replace them. Reassemble the machine and then find the printer service software to reset the waste ink and purge counters. Or buy another machine.

Open the top cover, then open the hatch at the back of the machine. You should be able to grab the paper and holding both sides pull firmly but slowly until the sheet releases and comes out. Check the sheet for tears or missing sections. If any bits missing, you will need to find and removes them.. Test the paper feed path before starting any important jobs.

You need to specify the model of the machine , some models don't have duplex option

See if right cartridge is generic non original or not. Make sure no parts have been lost into the bottom sides of the machine. Pick it up and tip side to side.
Hear bits slide around tip them out maybe lock support etc. Have you taken the orange or coloured cover off they came in. Like a ink cap

Canon does not specify what 6000 means but they do recommend unplugging the machine for at least three minutes to clear problems with the printer and to reset the operation. I would try this. Hi . The machine doesn't have network print board installed, therefore you can't access the network option

Replace the film ine fuser unit.1.Go through the following to clear the error: CLEAR > ENGIN > ERRCLR; and then turn OFF and then ON the power. 2.Check connection of the Connectors (Thermistor Connector and AC Connector). 3.Replace the Fixing Main Thermistor (Film Unit). 4.Replace the Fixing Assembly. 5.Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB4).
