Cannon Micro Printer 50 will not show the entire display, do you know what this could be?

If the Cannon Micro Printer 50 is not showing the entire display, there are a few things that could be causing the issue:
  1. Screen settings: Check the screen settings to make sure they are set correctly. Adjusting the brightness, contrast, and screen size settings may help fix the problem.
  2. Low battery: The issue could be due to a low battery. Make sure the printer has a fully charged battery and try turning it on again.
  3. Loose or damaged cable: Check the cable connecting the printer to the computer or power source. If the cable is loose or damaged, it could be causing the issue.
  4. Software issues: There could be a software issue causing the problem. Try updating the printer's software or reinstalling the driver.
  5. Hardware issues: There may be a problem with the printer's hardware. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to contact Canon customer support or take the printer to a technician for further troubleshooting.
In any case, it is best to refer to the user manual or contact Canon customer support for specific instructions on how to troubleshoot and fix the issue.

I have a cannon MP237 and I am trying to copy something. The scanner only goes half way and stops and then the orange light comes on. This all started from a jammed piece of paper.

It is possible that there is still a small piece of paper stuck inside the printer that is causing the issue. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:
  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Open the printer cover and remove the ink cartridges and any paper that is visible.
  3. Look inside the printer for any small pieces of paper or debris that may be causing the issue.
  4. Use a pair of tweezers or a flashlight to carefully inspect the inside of the printer for any foreign objects that may be causing the problem.
  5. Once you have removed any debris, close the printer cover and reinsert the ink cartridges.
  6. Plug the printer back into the power source and turn it on.
  7. Try to make a copy again to see if the issue has been resolved.
If the problem persists, you may need to contact Canon customer support or take the printer to a technician for further troubleshooting.

I need help with my G7000 Cannon printer and do not understand the on-line manual. How do I change from the rear paper feed to the front paper cassette?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Canon G7000 printer. Here are the steps to change the paper source from the rear paper feed to the front paper cassette:
  1. Make sure that the printer is turned on.
  2. Open the paper output tray and the front cover.
  3. Slide out the paper cassette located at the bottom of the printer.
  4. Press the release button on the back of the printer and pull out the paper support.
  5. Slide the paper guides on the cassette to match the size of the paper you're using.
  6. Load the paper into the cassette with the print side facing down and the top edge going in first.
  7. Insert the cassette back into the printer until it clicks into place.
  8. Close the front cover and the paper output tray.
Once you've completed these steps, your printer should automatically detect the paper cassette as the paper source. If you want to switch back to the rear paper feed, simply repeat the process but select the rear paper feed option instead. I hope this helps! If you continue to have issues, please let me know and I'll try my best to assist you further.

PowerShot SX530 won't playback movies, and blinking green light

There are a few things you can try to resolve the issue with your PowerShot SX530 not playing back movies and the blinking green light:
  1. Reset the camera: Try resetting the camera to its default settings. To do this, go to the menu and look for "Reset All" or "Reset to Default" option. Follow the prompts to complete the reset.
  2. Check the memory card: Ensure that the memory card is inserted properly and that it is not full. If the memory card is full, the camera may not be able to play back movies. You can also try using a different memory card to see if the issue persists.
  3. Charge the battery: If the battery is low, it may cause the camera to behave erratically. Charge the battery fully and try using the camera again.
  4. Update the firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your camera model. Visit the Canon website and download the latest firmware version. Follow the instructions to install the firmware on your camera.
If none of the above steps work, it's possible that there may be a hardware issue with the camera. Since your camera is still under warranty, I would recommend contacting Canon tech support for assistance. They may be able to help you diagnose the issue and provide a solution.

Cannon Oce 650 error code 16502/printer on start up. How to fix?

Check to make sure there isn't something blocking the paper output on the back of the computer. If not, open up the front door, about the top drawer, and close it. Go the back and open up the rear cover and close it. That may reset the problem. Remove ALL jobs from the queue and clear the set memory. If that doesn't fix it, there may be a problem with the output sensor. These sensors may not be easily available on any website, so it's best to call you local Oce/Canon dealer for service.
