HOW TO REMOVE antivirus pro 2010

Hello, try to install Malwarebytes antimalware or Superantispyware. It can automatically disinfect this virus. Try if it is not blocked by this rogue software.

Or check out Avast or Avira. Also check out its bootable cd antivirus that runs best on safe mode or DOS mode.

Install, update then scan.

How do I remove the Laset Unit?

Looking from the front of the printer. Unclip the left hand cover from the back and the right hand cover from the front. At the back you will see four screws holding the back cover on. remove these along with the back cover. Then you'll see two screws at the back holding the grey top cover on, remove these and the one screw at the front . Remove the top grey cover and in the middle of the printer you'll see a black plastic box, this is the scanner.

Paper jam at back roller

i don't think that is a back roller, is more than likely your fusing assembly. that would be the big roller just before the output assembly. unfortunately, once this occurs your fuser is not repairable. if you can remove the paper, this will happen again, with frequency. your best bet is to have the fusing assembly replaced. make sure you take it to someone that will guarantee the work for at least 90 days.

Printer error

Hi,

If all the three lights are on, then the issue is with the board (formatter board to be precise). Press the green button to check if there is a difference in the light pattern, the first light pattern is called primary light and after pressing the green button, the format changes to secondary light pattern, please find below the link to check the different light pattern for primary and secondary light pattern.

Printing and picking the papers problem

HI there,
This issue occurs when the setting on the firmware of the machine does not match. Generally we use A4 / Plain paper, whereas the default setting on the firmware of the printer is Any size / Any type.
Hence if the printer is connected via USB, open the HP Toolbox and got to the paper handling section, set
Tray 1 = Any size / Any Type
Tray 2 = A4 / Plain

If the printer is connected via network, access the IP address of the printer and got to the settings tab > paper handling change the setting as shown above.

Let me know the next update.

My reconnected printers cannot find my computer to

If you are sure the network is working well (computers can see each other but your laptop doesn't see the printer). Got to network places/view workgroup computers. Double click on the computer directly connected to the printer. This will bring up all shared folders and the printer icon (if it is shared). Double click on the printer icon, and it will commence automatic installation on your laptop. Try this.

My printer hp laser jet

Can you hear if the roller mechanism is kicking in? If you hear the roller moving but the paper is not even starting up the path, it's probably a worn pickup roller. If the solenoid is firing but the roller isn't turning then the feed roller shafts clutch mech is probably worn/broken and needs replaced.

Printer wont print after ink cartridge change

Hi pater_g:
Have you tried to reinstall the old cartidge to see if it would give a different problem ( light print ect.) if not try that. If the problem stays and you just can't communicate with the printer try rebooting you computer or go to www.hp.com/support to download a new print driver. I hope this helps you.
