Does it start and run.? Is this just a recoil issue.? Do you use the decompression button on start up.?

remove the recoil housing and add an extra turn on the recoil cord on the spool to take up the slack.

Take back to dealer. This is a fuel injected engine.. not worth the headache sorting it yourself. It could be a problem with the electronic fuel injection. Maybe as simple as a laptop reset of the programming

check and replace the air filter and fuel filter. Both of these can affect the acceleration.

does it have a spark and good compression.?

over fueling could suggest worn carb diaphragm, or blocked air filter, meaning the fuel mixture isn't getting enough air. blocked fuel filters can also lead to poor acceleration.

Stone saws deal with a lot of dust and this seriously effects their running and also their cooling capabilities.

You may get a compression lock of some kind on these engines sometimes (2 stroke and 4 stroke) and I have had this happen a couple of times when trying to start them thinking that the mechanism had seized up when it had not. You pull the cord and it locks solid. You cannot turn the engine over. I have always managed to eventually free it though. What I would do in your case is remove the spark plug and then see if you can pull the starter cord.
