Hello,Is this issue happens just when you use the HDMI or same with analog inputs, tv tuner receiver?

Check all your TV inputs and the devices there connected to .wiggle them watching for the picture to come back.try resetting any devices connected to your TV 1 by one until you can resolve the issue if not the problem could be with your TV

Is your panel actually powering down or is the back light going on and off? That would be a more serious issue but let's try the simplest thing first. Make sure your Remotes Power button isnt stuck down. I have seen this happen before and it will just keep sending out power commands toggling the set On and Off.
Take the batteries out of the remote and see if it continues to do that. Sometimes the button pads get stuck down.
