If yes, the fault will be either to the inside speaker of your set, or its audio output card. You need to be handy at electronics and you should have an experience of soldering. That's what is required. Yes, you could be able to get capacitors. There are so many online sites where you could order those. Whenever you wanted to order a capacitor, check the Part Number on that. It is generally engrossed on the capacitor number. Search Google with the part number and you would find many online vendors.

Went to turn on our
Unplug all the cables from the TV including the power cable.
The symptoms indicates a burnt out capacitor on the board.
So, you may open the case to check out for the burnt out capacitor to replace it.
Thanks for using FixYa. The first thing you can do is to reset the TV by leaving it unplugged for 24hrs. If this does not resolve your problem then look for capacitors that have a bubbled or slightly raised and rounded top. This indicates the capacitors have overheated or leaked and need to be replaced. You can also try to remove the connectors from the Power Supply board one at a time and see if anything changes .

Maybe inverter board is getting ready to go out. Only suggestion is to reset tv by unplugging from power source. Sometimes this will clear up strange problems like that. Best I can do for now.
