If the clicks are not working, then the micro-switches must be replaced, if there are clicks yet, then try cleanig (disassembly required) the micro-switches with contact-cleaner or isopropyl alcohol (only the micro-switches and contacts, cause it's very strong chemical)

Not only is this post suspicious, but every head unit will have a different code so this is impossible to answer. You may need to speak with the vendor with proof of purchase.

You stick a small flat head screw driver where the cd goes in and make sure it's about an inch from the end of the cd slot, and push eject and at the same time with the screw driver in the slot force the lil bar that won't let you put the screw driver toward the edge, move all the way to the edge on either side. Make sure you only put the tip of the screw driver in like a centemeter, and feel for the lil bar that holds a cd in place first, the one that has to be pushed to the edge.

I think the problem is the JVC unit itself. Go back and tell them to swap you another unit. All this is still under warranty.

Get an aftermarket harness and dash kit for your car. Harness plugs into existing factory harness. Color coded for radio.

Press the FM MODE button, you will see MONO appear in the big portion of the display and the 'AUTOMUTING' indicator should turn off. You will lose the stereo effect.

Did you turn the "demo mode" off after it was installed? It's in the menu setting.

Turn on the system with the Power button. Press and hold SEL (the button with the dash) to the left of the M (memory) button until you see the current Demo Mode state. Use the up/down arrows (these are the search forward/back buttons) to select Clock H. Turn the knob to set the current hour. Use the arrow keys to select Clock M. Turn the knob to set the current minutes. Press SEL again to save the setting. This is on page 1 in the left hand column of the KD-R210 manual. JVC has the manual on their manuals page.
