Question about JVC Car Audio & Video
If the clicks are not working, then the micro-switches must be replaced, if there are clicks yet, then try cleanig (disassembly required) the micro-switches with contact-cleaner or isopropyl alcohol (only the micro-switches and contacts, cause it's very strong chemical)

SOURCE: Volume and mute buttons suddenly stopped working
Try changing the batteries. Most times the "tivo" buttons will work but the "tv" buttons will stop working when the batteries are low.
If you have done that, go back into settings and program the remote again for your tv, then give it a shot.

SOURCE: JVC KD-G340 Power Problem
I had this same problem...you probably have the wires wrong. Double check your connections for the red and yellow wires from the headunit. Make sure that your red wire is going to a 12 volt source that only switches on with the ignition.

SOURCE: eject button not working.
Have you tried to go into Device Manager to see if there is any hardware or Firmware upgrades or try the Sony site! Check the link below.

SOURCE: I installed windows 7 and now my function keys don't work
You need to install the drivers, windows does not recognize these additional buttons until the proper drivers are loaded. Depending on manufacturer windows 7 drivers may or may not be available. Microsoft did something smart with windows 7 by allowing you to use windows vista drivers in windows 7. So if there are no win 7 drivers just download and install the vista drivers. Good luck!

SOURCE: the eject button on my VW RCD300 has stopped
I have the same problem. Don't know how to solve it but got the cd out manually. Remove the radio. The cover on top at the rear just pulls off. Unscrew the CD player section. You will see a small motor on the left rear corner. Attach some wire to a 3v battery and touch to the terminals on the motoer. This will eject the disc without damaging it.

You can hear the beeping. I did try blowing air and nothing happened. After a few hours, I got in the car and watched the volume go all the way up! So now, instead of nothing, the radio is stuck on full volume! The buttons still don't work though.
