You need to make sure you set up for envelopes in printing preferences as this makes the fuser a little hotter. If all is set up properly you need a shop to adjust the fuser temperature. The thick envelopes require more heat to bond the toner properly.

In run window type services.msc and the go to print spooler option just stop and restart the service.

You need to run that blue tab back and forth about 20 times to clean the drum corona, use canned air and blow out the area below the blue tab on the drum, wipe the metal contacts on each side of the drum, and if all that fails, you do need a new drum.

uninstall ur printer software and restart ur pc. install printer software again.

When you open the back door there is a black guide that snaps in place covering the fuser. There is a black rod near the center that has a sensor flag on the right side. That flag goes thru a hole on the right into a sensor. That rod has a spring attached. If the rod is broken or the spring is missing you will get that error. On rare occasions the main logic board is bad and needs replacement.

The black flap inside the rear door has a sensor flag mounted on it. The flag goes thru a hole on the side. If the spring is missing or broken or the flag is missing or broken, the error will persist.

You need to reset after a new drum, open the front door and press menu or options and it will ask if it's a new drum. after that if you still have the error, you may need a new power supply PCB.

Open the front door and press the options ar menu key, if it doesn't ask you if it's a new drum, then press 3 and 9 together and scroll thru the items to reset and reset the drum.

Look at your toner cartridge. There is a white stud that is attached to a gear. On a brand new cartridge, this white stud is in the opposite position of the one you currently have. Its been awhile since i've had my hands on one of these - just find a way to manipulate it so that it is in the opposite position again and toner count will reset.

Try to replace the high voltage board

First, rule out the stuff that is easy to fix. Replace the toner. If nothing changes you can put the old one back, but you always want to test this first. Remove the toner and look on the drum for a line of black ink. Also look for paper jammed in the printer. A small strip of tape or paper can absorb ink and smear it across the pages. It will be black and hard to see, so look carefully.

These lines also can come from a bad fuser, or the thermostat (which is attached to the fuser) when temperatures get too hot or cold the ink doesn't adhere right. This usually requires a "refurb" kit to be installed. You can look for loose ink in the base of the printer, or remove the access panels and look for burning on the frame or fuser itself. Scoring can be a sign of excessive heat. See if the printer smalls metallic when you run it.
