Hi I'm Todor.Speak very little
In each case, all that you might have to do to fix the problem is to
download and install the latest printer driver from your printer
manufacturer's Web site.
Change drum soon
You need a new DR-350 drum unit. Usually under $100 at retail stores.

Check the print document to see if the ink rub of easily,if so this mean the fuser cartridge need to be change.Turn off the printer and wait until it is cool before changing the fuser cartridge because the fuser get very hot when ever the printer is in use.
Open the fuser cartridge door. On most printers this door will be either on the left-hand side of the printer or in the back. Consult your owner's manual for the exact location. Flip down the clips that hold the cartridge in place, then grasp the handle and pull it out of the printer.
Push the new fuser cartridge in until it snaps into place, then flip the clips up to lock it in place. Close the fuser cover door.
Open the toner cartridge door and remove the toner cartridge. On most laser printers the toner cartridge is located either in the front of the printer or on the right-hand side.
Vacuum underneath the toner cartridge to remove all paper dust and toner residue. This debris has a tendency to build up and cause streaks and stains on the paper.
Wipe the interior of the printer with a soft cloth to remove any remaining debris that could cause problems with print quality. Continue cleaning the printer until all debris is removed.
Purchase a set of laser printer cleaning sheets, and load one or two in the paper tray. Print to those sheets of paper to clean the paper path. These sheets are slightly sticky, and they are designed to remove dirt and debris from the paper path.
You should also clean the print drum and the corona wires.
A message "Low Toner" will appear after each print
I am assuming that the toner (what they call ink in a laser printer) has been replaced and isn't actually low. Try and remove the toner cartridge and shake it side to side gently. Reinstall the toner and see if this helps. Unfortuneatly the next step is to buy a new toner and see if this fixes the issue. If it does then you know the toner was bad. Always try to use Brother brand toners and not generics, you will have more consistent results. There is a copy of the user manual here:

Printing slanted
Look at the paper tray and make sure the guides are aligned properly. Most of the time, there's nothing you can do except make sure the paper stack is arranged as evenly and as tightly as possible. I've found about a .05" variation in mine that leaves room for the paper to slant.
So much for manufacturing tolerances..
How to resolve 'Dust on Drum' error on Brother DCP 7020?
"Drum error" is because there is dust or any thing like ink on the drum.
After I filled the toner with a other brand dry ink, I got this message.
I carefully checked the drum, I found there was some ink on the drum. So took off the toner part, washed the drum kit with the tap water. wait it dry. There is a rubber roller inside, it will take time to dry.
after the drum kit dry, I rolled the drum, there still something on the drum, I use a tissue paper cleared it.
put the toner back, insert it back to the printer. It is fixed.
Brother DCP 7020 laser printer
Hi,
Try doing these following things with your old toner.
1. Stick the black electrical tape over the two eyes of your printer sensor, which detect cartridge toner inside.
2. And again move ur cartridge gear like white button to the circular left side. This can be easily done by opening cartridge left side small cover.
Now take a print.
If you still get shaded prints then your toner is empty and you will have to replace it with new one.
Thanks for using Fixya.
Good Luck and have a nice day.
The unit prints a heavy black coating on paper
This is caused by corona arcing in the drum unit. When you install the toner cartridge into the drum unit there is a blueish colored plastic tab on top of the drum unit that you can slide back and forth to clean part of the corona. Slode this back and forth at least 5 to 10 times. I would try this first and see if the problem goes away. I have seen this many times and about 50% of the time the plastic slide will resolve the issue. If not you can either go ahead and replace your drum unit with a new one or the charge corona assembly will have to be removed and cleaned.
Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.
The DCP 7020 keeps telling
Hi,
The message "No Paper Fed" will appear on the display if the Brother machine is out of paper, the paper is not loaded properly in the paper tray or the separation roller in the paper tray is missing or out of place.
1. Pull the paper tray completely out of the machine.
2. Remove any paper inside the tray.
3. Examine the front of the paper tray and locate a small white plastic roller. The ends of the roller should be attached to small thin round metal holders.
- If the roller is installed correctly go to STEP 7.
- If you are able to locate the roller but it is not connected to the metal holders continue to STEP 4.
- If the roller is missing from the front of the paper tray go to STEP 5.
4. Reinstall the ends of the separation roller into center of the two metal holder(s) by moving the holder slightly to side and then placing the roller into the opening.
- If you were not able to reinstall the roller go to STEP 6.
- If you were able to reinstall the roller go to STEP 7.
5. Look for the missing roller in the bottom of the machine where the paper tray slides in or on the floor near the machine.
- If you cannot find the roller go to STEP 6.
- If you find the roller, reinstall the ends of the roller into the center of the metal holder(s), by moving the holder slightly to the sideand then placing the roller into the opening.
- If you were able to reinstall the roller go to STEP 7.
- If you were not able to reinstall the roller go to STEP 6.
6. In order to resolve the problem you will need to replace the paper tray, part number LM6331001.
7. Fan the stack of paper well to avoid paper jams or misfeeds.
8. Reload the paper in the paper tray. The tray can hold up to 250 sheets of 20 lb paper. Do not over fill the tray. There is a maximum paper mark located on the top of the right and left paper guide. It looks like a V cut out in the plastic.
NOTE: If you are using special paper and the machine has problems feeding it from the paper tray, try the paper again using the manual feed slot
9. Put the paper tray firmly back into the machine and unfold the outputpaper tray support flap before using the machine.
