loading mechanism,gear system must be defective,so u r not able to load the film,while loading shutter gets charged,stops running,so the shutter mechnism also be chaqued.

You don't state which Takumar model you have, but your camera is behaving entirely correctly.

The built in flash on the SF10 is automatically disabled when certain lenses are used, this is because the low position and narrow coverage of the flash combined with the size of many lenses causes the light path of the flash to be blocked or the flash coverage will simply be too narrow for some wide angle lenses; this can create vignetting or other dark shadows from the lens to appear in the photo. When a proper SMC-Pentax F lens is used the camera will warn you of this, but third party lenses like the Takumar lack the ability to trigger the warnings.

Built in flash units on all SLR's are just a handy get-you-by feature for parties and snapshots using standard lenses. For all other use, there simply is no substitute for using a proper external flash.

usually around 15 to 20 rolls of 36 exposure film. the iso compensation will either lighten or darken your prints. a good feature if you don't want to change depth of field. ( f-stop )

This model has a gear train from the motor to the advance sprocket. The gears are plastic and prone to strip. Try E-Bay for a reasonable replacement and keep this one for parts. There are no new parts available.

You have yourself a camera with pedigree and it would be a shame not to put a few rolls of film through it before you decide whether to continue to use it, store it as a collectible or sell it on. Who, exactly, are 'they' ? There are many models of Pentax SLR camera, both film and digital, and there is a different manual pertaining to the care and operation of each of these. If you go to the Pentax Service Centre relevant to your place of residence, all the available manuals will probably be there. If the one that you require is not available, you may find it by doing a Google search for the make and model, followed by the word Manual.

Please, which camera model? Are we talking about the external flash or one built in? If it is built in the camera may think there is not enough light thus setting the flash to fire. That is what auto does, it takes all the decisions away from the camera operator.

I think the 'o____' is intended as a pictorial representation of a roll of 35mm film, the 'E' signifying an error in loading it. Not used this particular Pentax model myself, but some of them have a slot in the take-up spool where the 'tongue' of the film should be inserted - is that the case with yours ?

It is designed to use 35 mm film DX coded from 25 through 5000. Film can be slide film, B&W, and color negative film.

I assume that this is a film camera that has light meter.It could be that the camera is set to a different film sensitivity than the actual film.For example, the film is 400 ASA but the camera is set to 100 ASA.The sensitivity rating of the film is written on the film box and on the film cartridge. Make sure you set the film ASA number on the camera too.

Probably.  Most cameras give you a mark to which you pul out the film leader.  
If your cam is one of the power load/wind/rewind models then you must pull the leader right up to the mark
If is one of the older ones with an advance lever, then you can watch the rewind crank to see if it revolves when you wind on.  If it does not, then you have not engaged the film in the take-up spool properly.
