Why cant anyone tell me
Yes, you do have the division key. It is the division key. However, if you want the fraction to remain a fraction, enter the numerator, press the division key, type in the denominator then Press [MATH] [1:>Frac] then press ENTER. The fraction that will be displayed will be the reduced form.

Si tu as une touche MATH, appuie dessus. Tu devrais voir alors une liste de commandes parmi lesquelles figure une t?te de fl?che ?paisse devant FRAC. Saisis ta fraction, appuie sur MATH puis s?lectionne la commande >Frac. Appuie sur ENTER. Le r?sultat sera LA fraction r?duite ?quivalente.
Si tu veux convertir une fraction en sa repr?sentation d?cimale fais la m?me chose que ci-dessus mais s?lectionne >DEC.

No. The calculator runs on the four AAA batteries. The lithium battery is solely to retain the contents of the memory while you change the AAA batteries. If you don't care about retaining the memory, you don't need the lithium battery. You do, however, need the AAA batteries to use the calculator.

The line of the graph
It could. If the x range doesn't include x=0 then the y axis will not show. Likewise, if the y range doesn't include y=0 then the x axis will not show.

It sounds like the contrast is set wrong for the calculator. Try pressing 2nd down multiple times until you get the color you want.

How to find the factorial
It's the fifth item on the MATH menu.
As an example, to calculate 7!, press 7 MATH 5 ENTER.

Where is the percentage button
There is no percentage button. To turn your answer into a percentage, simply divide by 100. To find, for example, 64% of 200, type in .64*100.

How do you make the
Turn the calculator on. Press and release the 2ND key, then press and hold the up-arrow key until the screen darkens to your taste. If you go too far, use the 2ND and down-arrow keys to lighten the screen.

The arrow is the STO key just to the left of the 1 key. The comma key is just above the 7 key.

I have replaced both the 4 AAA batteries and the
TI calculators have an annoying habit of dimming the screen when the batteries are changed so that it appears as if the calculator isn't turning on. Turn the calculator on (or at least press the ON key). Press and release the 2ND key. Press and hold the Up-arrow key for a few seconds and see whether the screen becomes legible.

How do i solve an equation like 8(3x-5)-4=4x-10
The easiest solution would be to move the variable to only one side. This is not that difficult. For example your given equation is 8(3x-5)-4=4x-10; subtracting both sides of this equation by 4x would give 8(3x-5)-4-4x=10.
