Kyocera-Mita will not sell scan systems to end users. You will have to call a Kyocera or Copystar Dealer in your area to install one for you.

AP means that the copier is going thru a major toner cycle.
Sometimes when you drag a lot of toner out for dark copies, the normal toner cycle is not enough.
The spring that takes the toner from the cartridge to the dev unit mat also be faulty or broken.
Sometimes the AP message will go away but make sure you have plenty of toner. 

This scanning problem usually referes to the printer not finding the host pc when try to establish contact before a scan is sent to the pc. Access the device through the browser and check in the profile for that pc in your address book whether the pc name is spelled correctly in the host field at smb scanning. Sometime it will be an option to use the pc ip address instead of the computer name ( provided it is a static ip address. ) this should resolve the problem

if you want to change paper size for copier you should going to user mode then change casset paper size but if you need to change paper size for printer mode and i guess you mean's that you should go to printer properties then select advance then click printing default then change paper size then click apply then ok

Some codes can be reset by simply opening and closing the front door or by turning the machin on and off, but there are some others that can be reset only by a service representative. C 6000 code is one of them. There are several causes that lead to this problem, i;e:
1. Unstable power source
2. Low volatage
3. Broken thermisted wire
4. Poor contact in the thermister connector terminals.
5. Heater lamps are broken or not installed correctly.
Here is the process to reset c 6000.
Enter 1087-1087 (1087 twice) from the keypad.
U000 will be displayed.
Enter 163 by using the keypad keys.
Press "Start" (the green button) twice.
The code will be reset and machine will start automatically.
If this code is appeared again, you may need to check the fusing section of the machine and it shoud be done only by a service engineer.

it is problem your copier front cover switch is open lever was broken please chack it then solve your problem

Needs a clean around the fuser area. You may see a build up of toner near the rollers which is being drawn in. There's an outside chance that the lens needs cleaning also.
