Good morning Linda, the noise you're hearing is probably the cooling fan with a bad bearing. That would be the only moving part that would make noise. It's a pain in the neck to get to but fairly easy to swap out. Definitely easier with two people. Or it could be a bad bearing on the convection fan motor. Set it to temp and then open the door once it starts to heat, That will cut power to convection fan and noise will stop.Hope that helps.

The oven has internal fan at back of oven encircling the element that should get reshot when stat turned up high. Also there is cooling fan under lid to keep the wiring area cool.This should stay on for around ten - fifteen minutes after cooking finished. David "The Famous Forry"

Yes you can do that.

Try to unplug the unit and use a metal screwdriver and place it on the prongs of the plug touching them together. This should bleeddown any capacitors that may be holding voltage. This should release the latch assembly. Hope this helps.

E118 indicates a comma error. You could check for loose connector block or plug on ribbon cable. Best course of action is to call a Service Engineer.

It is time to get SERIOUS... about a fire hazard...!! Possibly oxidized wire should be properly (trimmed & tightly) re-terminated with high quality ANTI-OXIDENT compound... Most HOME DEPOT sales folks will give you a blank stare but I have found it there too... Certainly at your serious ELECTRICAL SUPPLY houses. E-126 ERROR CODE ... received this morning due to some burned toast! After smoke cleared and the oven cooled down I continued to display the error. I decided to let it sit for a few hours and after reading that it would need to be reset by a technician ---- I cut all power to the oven and then back on. The oven reset itself allowing me to reset the time. All functions appear to be back as expected, so this could be an option to try if you receive this E-126 flashing error code saving a service call! Hope you are lucky!

Most oven door seals, in fact all that I know of don't need adhesive. There are clips that hold them in place or door has to be disassembled to install.

Take a look at www.espares.co,uk where they have some videos explaining the different fittings.... On some the glass cover unscrews and on others there is a screw and cover plate that needs to be removed..
