...really means "Dude, your printer is screwed and you're out 300 bucks because I went out of warranty a couple months ago" ? Unplug the power cord well the printer is on. and it should reset it worked ...
really the news aint bad and the advice is free so if you have to get "copier dude" to come out he/she wont try to hose you !!! Well they might try,but YOU know better. :-) hope this helps,take care.
