Yes there are hydraulic leak sealers for power steering. What they do is make the old brittle seals more flexible so they seal again. After a week or so, clean off the leak area with Gunk Spray and hose it off. If it is from the hoses, just replace them as it is a cheap fix.

You may have a pressure hose and return hose, if problem with hose, you replace it.
I can't rule out a problem with rack&pinion?
Your steering shaft probably attaches to rack&pinion assembly.
You need to determine where the leak is originating. The possbilities are:
1. Leaking from the power steering pump.
2. Leaking from the high pressure hose at the steering rack
3. Leaking from the return hose at the steering rack
4. Leaking from the steering rack boot(s).
Once you find the leak source, replace that component.
