SOURCE: Need Radio Reset Code
The reset code that you are referring to is also called the 'Anti-theft' code. Check you glove box and look for a card that carry that code.
If you could not find a card in your glove box, you need to pull out the radio and get the serial number on the side of it. Then, contact the manufacturer or the dealer and they are the one who could provide you the code.
This anti-theft is unique with every car radio, so only the manufacturer could provide you the right code that's assigned for the serial number of your radio.
Have a great day!

As with many newr cars, Your radio probably had a security code which is required to reset it after the radio is removed or power was disconnected from it. You probably have the code written somewhere in your new car paperwork. If not, contact your dealer. They can probably guide you through resetting the code.
