Probably not getting this fixed just looking for info why the airbags did not go off.. 2016 ford 350 transit. I turned off the passenger airbag, removed the passenger seat then unplugged the airbag...

Removing the passenger airbag broke the circuit. They are wired together to go off together.

Transit connect 07 airbag modulater reset

there is no simple reset for the restraint module. if the system proves out ok when the car is started, then the light will go off. if there is a problem detected, then the light may flash or stay on steady. the vehicle needs to be hooked up to a ford diagnostic computer

Common fault on FORD
Usually due to a poor connection in the YELLOW PLASTIC CONNECTOR underneath the passenger seat.
Just push it together properly and it should clear the AirBag fault
