Re: 1987 ford e 350 rv / 460 motor/wiring diagrams
We can't supply those, but you can find them on eBay. The are called Ford Vacuum and electrical troubleshooting guides. The book is a large pamphlet format.

You need the details of the engine and chassis that they RV is built on. Normally something like a Ford F-350. Once you know that, you can search for parts and diagrams. Looks like a Chevy 454 P chassis. Then it depends on what hoses? A properly crafted search query can find most things.
Your simplest option here is to buy a decent workshop manual for your vehicle. This will give you all the wiring diagrams you should need. The manuals are usually not very expensive. If yours is an RV look for manuals of vehicles that use the same engine. The wiring harness on the engine should be the same.
Hi David:
That is a really bad experience to have had happen. Serious sympathies to you.
I'm hoping/assuming that the fire did not destroy the entire unit and perhaps was restricted to electrical components.
I've a couple of suggestions that may be helpful.
First, I'd see if I could find a Haynes manual for the vehicle.
If I were to be faced with your situation I would probably sip a beer and ponder the engine compartment for a while. I'd try to determine if major components had been damaged, and then replace any that had been overcooked.
Most wiring harnesses have plug connections and I would try to get as complete a harness as possible from an auto salvage company.
Then, as each component was replaced or confirmed undamaged, I would try to splice or plug in the appropriate section of harness.

All the best.
have you try ed looking under hood? if not located under hood check door jamb . if that don't reveal anything of help go to a parts store and ask them to print out a diagram. If that don't work find a van the same year as your motor home and most likely the belts will be ran the same way. you may need to go to a junk yard to find it.
did you do tune up to fix this problem of stalling or has it been doing it after you did tune up? Just asking maybe i can steer you in a different direction
try changing the headlight switch,I had a similar problem only mine happened after I accidentaly short out when I was replacing the horn pad and for some reason when I replaced the headlight switch the problem went away.
