• Black: Ground
• Blue/White: Power (12V) from HVAC control unit to blower relay
• Blue/Yellow: Power (12V) from blower relay to blower motor
• Blue/Black: Ground from blower motor to chassis

No tire pressure needed just ride on rims

it may be just to spread the load to earth as you dont want a surge through something like a radio as could damage it,for example there will be other components running on the same general harness as radio and if a fault occured on the earth side of one of these components the power will find a complete cicuit where ever it can so having 2 wires will spread any sudden increase in power hope that make sense ,thats the same reason why there is a fuse in the radio as well as in the fuse box to spread the load and protect against power surges
