Headlights need adjusting for 1999 sebing/coupe

you need a headlight adjusting tool that is mounted to the headlight shell set at specific numbers and adjusted until the bubble on the headlight tool is centered.

There are screws to adjust headlights located very tightly against the headlight itself. One for elevation, and one for right-to-left.

What you do is extract the entire headlight assembly. It is usually held in with 3 or 4 bolts. None of which are adjustment bolts. When the assembly is out, you have easy access to the bulbs.

Determine the type of headlights you have on your car. You can only adjust composite headlights if they bolt to adjuster plates. For dual headlights, look on the headlights for four adjustment screws per side. Sealed beam units have interior adjustment screws under the hood.

4 Locate your adjustment screws. On sealed beam units, you may need to remove the trim screws and pull the trim off to reveal the Torx screws.

5 Begin with you headlights turned on to the low beam. Use a Torx screwdriver for sealed beam units and Phillips screwdrivers for other types of headlights.

2 ways. One on the dash board you have a 3 level adjustment scroll switch and secondly pop the bonnet and on top of the headlight assembly you will find adjusters that can be adjusted with hex socket or hex key (allen key/socket) You will find headlight beam symbols with adjustment angle marks near the adjuster. there are two screws on each side of car above each headlight the outer screws adjust the up or down of the headlight the screw thats in the middle adjust side to side motion of the headlight there is an level when they are set right the bubble should be centered

Problem is either wiring or the bulbs... evident.

needs to be put on computor to see what up it probly a modulator or censor//oz

On the back of the headlight their is a bolt which you could turn it one way and it lowers the headlight the other way it picks it up.
