The 2008 Chrysler Town & Country has 25 complaints for intermittent ... The horn,lights, wind shield wipers front and back going crazy could not shut off. .... I have a 2003 Town and Country mini-van and I lost power to all my ... In addition to this my wipers, headlight controls, blinker controls, power door locks, and A/C/heat controls are out as well. The odd thing is that the power windows work, the power sideview mirrors work, the radio and ceiling lights also work.

The fuse box is located underneath the driver's side of the instrument panel. Fuse number 8 (10 amp Red) is listed as the radio fuse

there is a engine relay in the fuse box under the hood

i assume you put a new battery in,van runs but no radio or clock, check all your fuses first,and also make sure that radio doesnt have anti theft system, if it does then read your manualy on how to enter the code,if it needs a code then it wont work until code is entered,careful if you do the code entering wrong three times then radio shuts down for one hour, then you would need to have the key on or van running for one hour straight,

you will have a long black fuse box under the hood for your vehicle

you will find the fuse box locations in your owners manual in the glove box,it will show you what each fuse feeds

check antenna connection at rear of radio and window antenna for damage or breaks

First thought was bad ignition switch with failing accessory section.

check to see if it has another fuse box on the side of dash by the door or glove box.

I had the same problem.

Open the front hood and go to the fuse box under (right next to the battery).

Replace the 20A fuse labeled RDO/Power

I am sorry that the owners manual does not even mention this.
