If everything keeps going like that then it sounds like its a problem with the onboard computer. The computer controls all the guages and would explain why they all fail at the same time.

SOURCE: Instrument cluster not working and truck wont go

I had the same issue with my 2002 F250 7.3 L. The overdrive switch was shorting the circuit due to exposed wires in the steering colum. I replaced the switch and resolved the problem.

Horn quit working need to find out where it is located under the hood of a 1998 ford windstar. Does not toot any more

There is more involved then just the horns ! Fuse , horn relay in the I/P fuse box , clock spring located under the steering wheel . Is the air bag light lit on the instrument cluster ? If so the clock spring is probably the issue . The way to find out what the problem is by testing the electrical circuit . VEHICLE RELAYS Operation Diagnosis

Vehicles equipped with remote keyless entry (RKE) have an illuminated entry feature, which enables the instrument cluster module (ICM) to illuminate the interior lamps (and if equipped, the puddle lamps in the exterior mirrors) when an unlock signal is received from the vehicle security module through the UBP network, or when any of the doors are opened. The ICM controls the interior lamps illuminated entry feature by activating the battery saver relay. Truck start but nothing else work inside

What do you mean nothing else works ? interior lights , radio instrument cluster lights etc. The alarm light flashes while truck is running ? Let's be a little bit more specific if you can !

The accessory delay relay supplies power (B+) to the driver master window switch . This relay is located in the central junction box ,under dash panel right side . An this powers the windows , the instrument cluster energizes the relay .
Interior Illumination is controlled by same relay .

Ac compressor making loud noises and my instrument cluster all of a sudden quit working

Get out your owners manual and locate the power relay for the AC and remove it, this will stop the AC clutch from engaging the compressor, note, AC is used in winter to help remove moisture when defrost is on you may have to roll window down to prevent fogging, also check for blown fuse in manual bet you find one for instrument cluster, good luck,Bret
