Disconnect lower arms, and remove driveshafts..disconnect all wiring and remove bolts from gearbox bellhousing and remove gearbox from underneath the car

could be a gearbox cooler fault if ure engines temperature is 90 degrees thats ok because thats known as operating temperature, ure engine is most efficient at that temperature, however if u have a cooler fault with ure gearbox then this may be causing it to overheat internally and may damage ure gearbox in constant use i would advise having ure gearbox cooler checked.
try get gearbox re programmed 1st, this might just be whats wrong, this is a dpo box which is so poor quality and week. find a transmission company and book in fo the reprograme.
