Click on Advanced Mode.
Click on the Backup Tab.
Locate the System State option and check the Checkbox.
Browse and provide a Backup Location. Has to be a separate Partition. Will need some space as well.
Start the backing up. Will take 20-30 minutes depending on the Size of your System Related files and theRegistry.

Type in this and hit enter. /restore/rstrui.exe
Click on Create a Restore Point.
Provide a Descriptive Name and Click on Create to Create it.

The fact that it's the first two letter keys on each row; and SPACE and COMMA; leads me to suspect a circuit problem...either caused by spilled liquid or an impact.
You can try taking the keyboard apart to find out what's wrong, but I suspect that you will end up spending $20 for a new keyboard.
well thats not any software problem. Look the keyboard sometimes play tangle things & makes some funny commands like ur comma's.. I'll suggest u to clean ur keyboard.. If u have a laptop then dont do it on ur own.. Just visit any computer expert, and ask them about cleanin ur keyboard.. Thanks
First see if the ribbon is spacing a full space for each letter pressed if not you may be in the over strike ribbon mode, to get out of the mode press code and comma, period or slash i'm not sure which one So try them all.
If that dosen't help check to be sure the correction tape is not getting in the way, remove the corr. tape and try it.
Next remove the ribbon and release the hammer as if you were changing the P/W and see if the plunger in the solenoid is free, if not try a drop or two of WD40 on it.
