Tv might have more dead parts than just the safety fuse.If tv have only a power supply board fuse only they can do it for u wright there take the tv aparts and replace the tv power supply safety fuse like 15 mins job and will cost u like $40 dollars take it to any tvs repair shops.

first u must try to plug in scart a dvd or a video.... and see if sound is ok..... if not u have a problem with amplifier or psu... if sound is ok u have a "big" (i said big because it´s harder to find) problem with IF circuit or tuner.... i almost forget u can try tu plug head phones to tv to make some comparations .... sorry my english.....

have hook up to front av ports and tried to switch from video 1&2 and no change. To add to the problem it doesn't switch to video 2. thanks!
