I have a 6 month old L655 and have apparently deleted the user guide on what all the ports and buttons do. How can i download a replacement?

PC must be internet connected
the PC must run W7 or newer.Some newer mice are w10/11.
NO OS told by you, your PC L655 (2010 made , windows 7 ,NIB)
no mouse model told off bottom of mouse
mouse battery good

there is no ONN SUPPORT site it is walmart junk so....ask them.
WM is clueless.

Predictably, its useless when performing maintenance such as keyboard replacement, but page 82 indicates that this laptop supports "most USB-compatible [external] keyboards", so, while the chicklet keyboard is down, you can boot and use the system with a workaround USB keyboard.

I could not find an L655-S5093 laptop model on the Toshiba support web site, which is found at http://www.pcsupport.toshiba.com

If you new user is an Administrator you can reset the original user password or delete the user. The exact method will depend on the operating system. Post your operating system and I will provide more details.

To erase a message while playing, press the ON/OFF ERASE button. To delete all old message, while not playing or recording a message, press and hold the ON/OFF ERASE button until "MESSAGES ERASED" appears.

You need to use the special Norton removal tool. It used to be called NoNav, but they've apparently changed it. Go to this link:

At step three, you'll see a button for downloading their removal tool.
Because of the way Norton installs, you can't just "uninstall" it like a normal program. It wraps itself around your system and registry in a bunch of places, so you have to use their special tool.
