I went from XP to windows 7 64 bit and now my cyber-shot camera is not recognized when I try to download pictures. Sony couldn't figure it out.

If you connect CyberShot Camera from a USB Cable, check the cable once. If that doesn't solve the problem, Choose Mass storage option from the Camera Menu when prompted. I think it should work.

Nikon N65 Won't Turn On , With NEW Batteries . This Camera Is NEW ! Please Help ''/

Nikon hasn't manufactured the N65 is several years now, so if you bought it it was either misrepresented as new, or possible new-old-stock (a never sold/used item, that's been sitting on the shelf for a number of years). I'd be willing to venture you probably ran into a disreputable seller.

Either way, open the battery compartment and look for corrosion in the compartment. If that's present clean it off with the eraser of a pencil and try again. If that doesn't work, contact Nikon service with the warranty information in your package. If it's a new item, it'll still be warrantied since the warranty won't begin until it's sold to a consumer.

If, however you find that the camera was sold 10 years ago and no longer under warranty, you'll probably want to either find a local reputable shop, buy another camera if yours turns out to be too expensive to repair (impossible to tell until someone looks at it to determine the issue), or if you don't have a local shop I'd recommend KEH Camera in Atlanta, GA for mail-order/internet dealers. They've been in business many years and are very reputable.

My sony dsc w-55 is 2 years old and now sometimes it shuts down in middle of recording or taking a pic...plz help

Check/clean the battery connections (use a cotton swab with a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol). Also if that doesn't work, is the battery as old as the camera? If so, it definitely may be time for a new battery. Here's some to consider from Amazon.

When i go to shoot an action photo like something that is moving the camera always delays. i focus on the moving target but when the button is pressed the subject moves out of the view and then the shot is...

OHH - I can met this problem before , the camera is trying to auto focus and in the time it does the focus the action has passed.
Take a light & speed setting - then switch to manual mode OR manual focus , this will eliminate the AUTO focus looking for best light reading distance etc.
Some cameras also have a "fast" setting which is usually a 'running man' icon - click this button and the picture will drop back to 5mpixels but it will take a quick shot instead of saving then scanning at a slower speed.

I have a sony cyber-shot DSC-W350. It is only a few weeks old but when I turn it on, the lens goes in and out two or three times and then it says "turn the power off and on again." I took the battery out...

If this camera is only a few weeks old it is stil under warranty. best route would be to take it back to the store and get a new one.
If you did not buy it at a store and it is still less than a year old, contact Sony directly (that will be a bit harder).
In third case, older than a year, means it is out of warranty and you will have to get it repaired.
Here is a bit more on it: http://www.teleplancamerarepair.com/camera-repair-blog/post/Sony-Cyber-shot-Turn-the-power-off-and-on-again-Error.aspx

I think it is still under warranty because you told its not a year old. Ask Sony about its warranty cover.
