No Audio... will not completely. If i press the vol button "up or down" i can get sound, but as soon as i let go of the button no audio. Same with the channel button. Also should the video button on the front of the TV turn the TV of and on?
only have sound when the vol buttons are held down. if i unplug it for 10 min it will work normally for about 5 mins.
Try firs unplugging for a couple of hours, you can do this overnight, this reset will drain power from TV completely. If it did not work you will need to take apart buttons panel and work on it. Check controls connection to main board. Check button contacts, eventually clean button contacts with circuit cleaning solution. If this did not work you will need to replace either the small board attached to button panel, or the audio board. If audio is integrated on main pcb you will have to find faulty component using a multimeter and following service manual. If you don't have experience in working on electronics call a technician using the phone number printed on your user manual. Call out usually starts at around $80.

OK to my understanding you forgot your pattern and can't get in your android phone. No problem The following procedure will erase everything from the phones memory this cannot be undone. Now that that's out of the way... Power off your device. Then hold vol down and the power button it should take you to factory mode use the vol down button to navigate to factory. Reset press the power button to select it and soon it will be done navigate to reboot phone using the vol down button (touch dont work in recovery) and select it with the power button and your phone will be as if you just took it out of the box. If by chance everything is in chinese in factory mode remove the battery and press thw power button and hold it down then press the vol up button right after. You will see a black screen with three things recovery fastboot and normal use the voo up to navigate to recovery press vol down to select itif you see no words and an android robot with an exclamation mark press the power button you should see words use vol down to navigate to wipe date/factory reset and select with vol upove to yes -- delete all user data and press vol up wait until finished go to reboot system now and select using vol up and enjoy ur brand mow phone :)
I had the same issue. You can use the on screen volume buttons on screen to stop issue and don't use the physical buttons anymore. Watch out about a month after the volume problem started all physical buttons on my DXN7120 stopped working. There are a few reports of this online, I have not found a fix yet.

We had the same problem - I think it was reset when the power went off in a storm. Went to Yamaha website (http://www.yamaha.com/yec/faq/faqdetail.html?CNTID=206010&CTID=5009135) and found the following worked:
Assigning the receivers internal amp for Zone 2:
Set the remote control [SIDE SELECTOR SWITCH] to [AMP]. (Located to the right of the volume buttons on the Remote).
Press the [SET MENU] button on the remote control.
Arrow down to Manual Setup and press the [ENTER] button on the remote control.
Arrow to the Sound Menu option and press the [ENTER] button on the remote control.
Arrow to Speaker Set and press the [ENTER] button on the remote control.
Arrow to the EXTRA SP ASSIGN and select ZONE2
Press the [RETURN] button on the remote control to exit out and return to the Manual Setup.
