in my opinion psp go is much better because it is lighter and more portable and it gives you more memory

I think you must download the HEN program first to play those games.
Download Hen and GenD 5.05 program in any PSP gaming site. Follow the instruction carefully to operate the program.

Try reading the instruction manuel that came with your psp 3000 it might give you an answer to how to download files to the system.
